Back in 2015, this laptop series was launched. But after 2 or 3 years the Macbook 12 inches series was discontinued in July 2019. According, to Apple the reason for discontinuous this series was the Light Year Ahead at that time. By replacing this series Apple brought the Macbook Air Laptop series.

This laptop contains an IPS Technology based LED Retina Display. The Display size is 12 inches with a resolution of 2304-by-1440p. Screen pixel density on this laptop screen is 226ppi. In addition to this, the display has good brightness and good color accuracy with millions of colors supported. Moreover, the screen-to-body ratio is also decent, with an aspect ratio of 16:10 on the display. The Glassy display is clear and excellent in quality. It supports 1440 by 900, 1280 by 800, & 1024 by 640 scale resolutions. The display is super thin.
